But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness. Psalm 86:15
God is all of these things. HIS nature is in you. You have the capacity on the inside of you to be compassionate, gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love and faithfulness. What do these qualities mean?
Compassionate – to genuinely feel the pain of others and want to do something about it
Gracious – Kind and courteous
Slow to anger – not getting mad or offended
Abounding in love – Showing others God’s love
Faithful – steadfast and committed
Recognize that God is in you and start practicing these characteristics.
