But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.” Keeping yourselves in the love of God… Jude 1:20-21

When you pray in the Holy Spirit, you build yourself up. 

Your focus is directed on God when you pray in the Holy Spirit. 

It is hard to be in unbelief when your focus is on God. 

Also when you focus on God you can’t help but know how much God loves you. There are times when it may seem that God is not close or does not care but that is not true. God ALWAYS cares, and ALWAYS loves you. When you pray in the Holy Spirit and your focus is on God and how GOOD he is, then you keep yourself in His love for you.
